Description
This sustainable compost fleece made from 100% Swiss sheep's wool is ideal for covering compost heaps and unplanted beds.
- Prevents compost from drying out by regulating the moisture in the compost (please note: the fleece is water-repellent - remove from time to time during rain after long dry periods)
- Protects against weather, erosion, weed growth and slugs
- Continuous release of nutrients
- Completely compostable - releases nitrogen into the compost, promoting the composting process
- Natural soil conditioner
- Can be kept for at least 2 years (can be worked into the compost after 2 to 3 years)

Directions for use:
- Lay the fleece over the area to be protected and weigh it down or fix it at the edges.
- Shred and work the fleece into the compost once it has rotted and no longer fulfils its purpose.
